• All medical and dental treatments are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Dubai Health Authority regulations.
• Treatment plans are based on individual assessment and may vary based on each patient's condition.
• Results may vary from patient to patient, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
• Patients must disclose their complete medical history, current medications, and allergies before treatment.

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• A fee may be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payment plans are available for major treatments. Please inquire at the reception.
• All prices are in AED and subject to change without prior notice.
• Some procedures may require an advance payment or deposit.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Cosmohub Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services.
• We are not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance with post-treatment instructions.

You are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Misusing our website or services
• Violating our intellectual property rights
• Behaving abusively or threateningly towards our staff
• Recording or photographing inside the clinic without permission

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
